We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Lodge And Waterside Accommodation. the guesthouse had a beautiful, homely interior that made us feel right at home. the rooms were well-equipped and clean, with everything we needed, including a kitchen to cook our own meals. the highlight was definitely the amazing view of the lagoon and the Knysna heads. the location was convenient, with the waterfront area just a short walk away. the breakfast provided was delicious, thanks to the talented chef. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist us during our stay. Cons: Not obvious to find.

Spending the New Year at this place was just spectacular! The stunning view was just breathtaking and the staff was so hospitable making us feel at home. The rooms were just perfect, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast served every morning was not only delicious but also beautifully done, and the perfect way to start the day. The location of the place was also great, with just a short distance to the city center and the waterfront.

Our room overlooked the main road which sometimes made it quite noisy, and this brought some discomfort to our stay. , although the staff was generally friendly, the manager was not the most welcoming upon check-in, which wasn't the best start.
